Chapter Investment Opportunities
MPI-AZ offers your company or organization targeted and cost-efficient investment opportunities. As an industry professional looking to showcase your brand to fellow industry professionals, we invite you to consider our variety of cash and in-kind sponsorships. We are happy to customize an investment package designed to best suit your company's goals and objectives. Multi-year (2-4 year) investment packages are available as well.

Raffle Prize Donations
The Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International offers sponsorship opportunities to capitalize on your membership! The Raffle/Sponsorship Committee collects raffle prizes to be used at Monthly Meetings and Special Events throughout the year.
What does this mean for you and your organization? EXPOSURE! OPPORTUNITY! What does this mean for our chapter? The ability to continue offering first-class educational functions, networking opportunities, and additional benefits. It is the hope of the committee to obtain enough contributions at the beginning of the year to accommodate all event needs. We want to eliminate going to our members over and over again, so please dig deeply on your first contribution!
All donations will be announced prior to and during the event, and signage will list sponsors for each meeting. In addition, the MPI newsletter dedicates a section listing the generous donations of each sponsor.
On behalf of MPI, thank you in advance for you generosity. Please click here for a raffle sponsor form. The majority of our donations come from suppliers. As planners, please give serious consideration to anything you may be able to offer. Perhaps your organization is in a position to buy or sponsor something, or maybe you even have some leftover amenities or apparel items. The strong partnership between planners and suppliers is what has made our chapter so successful please complete form and return to Tiffany Higgins.
Display tables are available at each monthly meeting for members and non-member to showcase their products and services to other guests. What great exposure for you and your company at such a minimal cost - $150.00 for members and $250.00 for non-members! One meal is included in the display table fee. For additional participants, there will be an additional charge of $50 per person. This mini-tradeshow takes place 45 minutes prior to each monthly education program.
